Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve customer retention.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (College students are highly encouraged to apply).
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM) on a weekly basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection is mandatory for this remote/hybrid role.
