Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.

- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM) and weekends.
