Responsibilities
- Shift Operations: Assist in the daily processing and sorting of incoming packages and orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service to customers and resolve inquiries related to deliveries and orders.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company standards and safety protocols during the shift.
- Shift Reporting: Complete end-of-shift logs and reporting duties accurately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move throughout the facility.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
