Responsibilities
- Provide safe, supervised, and fun daily walks for dogs of various breeds and sizes.
- Monitor dogs for any health issues or behavioral changes and report them to pet owners immediately.
- Administer medication and dietary supplements as directed by pet parents.
- Maintain a clean environment by promptly picking up waste and adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients via our app regarding the dog's mood, health, and behavior.
- Ensure all equipment (leashes, harnesses) is in good condition and replaced when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines during every walk.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated love and patience for dogs and animals of all temperaments.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible work history.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to handle leash control and dog management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with dog training or pet first aid is highly preferred.
- Available for a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends.
