Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs of all breeds and sizes in various weather conditions
- Monitor pets' behavior and health, reporting any concerns to owners
- Administer medications and follow specific care instructions as directed
- Maintain detailed digital logs of walks, feeding, and pet behavior
- Uphold strict cleanliness protocols for leashes, equipment, and waste disposal
- Communicate proactively with clients via text/email updates
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling or walking experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Strong physical ability to handle large dogs in all conditions
- Certification in pet first aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional time management and punctuality
- Clear criminal background check and positive references
