Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide friendly, efficient service while maintaining store appearance
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments securely
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management
- Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves
- Operate scanners, registers, and other equipment
- Uphold company policies on returns and exchanges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months cash handling experience preferred
- Strong math accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
