- Manage inventory through stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Uphold brand standards in store appearance and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Assist in training new associates on product knowledge and systems
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to downtown Philadelphia location
