Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock merchandise in assigned departments with precision and speed
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Adhere to safety protocols and merchandising standards
- Assist with receiving shipments and proper inventory rotation (FIFO)
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies to management
- Support store opening procedures to ensure seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in stocking, warehousing, or retail inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software or willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (typically 4am-12pm)
