Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned areas with precision and efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store standards
- Report inventory discrepancies and shrinkage issues
- Adhere to safety protocols during heavy-lifting operations
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Support store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- 1+ year retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking knowledge
- Valid driver's license (for deliveries if needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
