Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and seasonal menu items
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation and café area
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Actively promote café loyalty programs and special offers
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic food handling certification preferred
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
