Responsibilities
- Execute complex espresso drinks and specialty beverages with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor baristas on brewing techniques, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop seasonal menus featuring premium, locally-sourced ingredients
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment to uphold quality standards
- Lead inventory control and cost optimization while maintaining premium ingredient sourcing
- Drive exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
- Collaborate with management on staff scheduling and operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume service environments
- Ability to train staff on complex beverage recipes and quality control
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for customer education
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Food Handler and ServSafe certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
