Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using premium beans and equipment
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making tools safely
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Learn and adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
