Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) with precision
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accuracy in orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and build genuine connections with patrons
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
