Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and food items according to company recipes and standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the espresso machine and dining area.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Restock supplies (milk, cups, pastries) to ensure seamless service throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer journey.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, mornings, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making drinks.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company safety and sanitation protocols.
- Valid food handler's card or willingness to obtain one.
