Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment
- Manage inventory and assist with daily store operations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
