- Lead daily inventory management and quality control

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in specialty coffee operations
- Expert-level knowledge of coffee origins and flavor profiles
- Latte art certification or demonstrable expertise
- Ability to work high-volume shifts during peak hours
- Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Food Handler and Barista Safety certifications
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
