Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas
- Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Share coffee knowledge and engage customers about our offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
