Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, grinders, and service areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently via POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in ongoing training for new brewing methods and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (pour-over, espresso, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler certification preferred
