Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all coffee stations and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product offerings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
