Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and signature beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation and coffee bar
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Support inventory management and uphold food safety protocols
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bean varieties
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
