Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and warm hospitality
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation and delivery
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Upsell specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance guest experience
- Handle payments and reconcile cash transactions accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (VA state requirement)
