Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and break down provided event equipment (AV systems, staging, lighting)
- Manage attendee registration/check-in using our digital tablet systems
- Execute crowd control protocols and ensure venue safety compliance
- Coordinate with vendors using our provided communication devices
- Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with branded service materials
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues
