Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest experiences at luxury events through attentive service and proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, seating arrangements, and special requests with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless setup/breakdown of premium event spaces
- Implement strict safety protocols and emergency response procedures during high-stakes events
- Train junior staff on brand standards and client expectations for premium service delivery
- Generate post-event reports with client feedback and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-end hospitality or premium event environments
- Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure in fast-paced settings
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification and ServSafe alcohol certification
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to professionally interact with diverse clientele
- Physical stamina for extended shifts (8-12 hours) and ability to lift 30+ lbs
