Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms
- Perform vital signs and basic lab tests
- Manage patient records and documentation
- Handle patient scheduling and communications
- Prepare vaccines and medications under supervision
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Basic EKG and phlebotomy skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with daytime/weekday hours
- Tennessee BLS certification
- EHR experience (Epic preferred)
