As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and tracking merchandise flow.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS software.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
