Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Drive store revenue by actively promoting sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to every customer interaction.
- Merchandising: Maintain a pristine store environment by ensuring product displays are organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked according to company standards.
- Operations: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling payments and returns with precision.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and organization of back-of-house areas.
- Team Collaboration: Support store management in achieving sales goals and fostering a positive, team-oriented work culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and interact professionally with team members.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver merchandise around the store.
