Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking deadlines
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4 AM - 12 PM)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
