Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person during peak weekend hours.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace for customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance goals and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings (Saturday-Sunday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
