Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries during evening shifts.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
