Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic tone.
- Log detailed interactions and issue resolutions into the CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior support team when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a remote or office setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must reside within the United States (Arizona preferred).
