Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
