- Update CRM records with precise customer interaction data
- Collaborate with support team to escalate complex issues
- Train on new product launches monthly
- Participate in team huddles twice weekly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Available 4-6 hours/day, Mon-Fri (evenings until 9 PM)
- Fluent English with clear communication skills
- San Diego residency preferred
