Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records and logs.
- Monitor facility security systems and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment for the night shift.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations transition.
- Handle basic troubleshooting for internal systems and office equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation is required for night commute.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (MS Office).
