Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Process data entries and maintain accurate digital records for the department.
- Coordinate schedules and assist with logistics for evening and weekend operations.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
