Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally during evening shifts.
- Data Entry & Processing: Accurately input and update customer information into our database systems.
- Schedule Management: Assist in coordinating and tracking daily appointments and service requests.
- Inventory Assistance: Support warehouse or office inventory checks and organization.
- Report Generation: Compile daily performance reports and assist with administrative tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
