Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and credential verification with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event management teams
- Operate event technology including ticket scanners and PA systems
- Assist with setup/teardown of stages, seating, and decorations
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques preferred
- Valid driver's license a plus for equipment transport
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Previous hospitality/customer service experience valued
