Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu, specials, and beverage pairings
- Process customer orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff
- Manage table sections efficiently to optimize guest satisfaction and turnover
- Handle payment transactions, including cash and credit card processing
- Assist with opening/closing duties including side station setup and breakdown
- Uphold strict sanitation standards and maintain clean dining areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings (Thu-Sun shifts)
- Food Handler Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
