Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with food/drink orders and recommendations
- Process payments accurately via POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Maintain clean dining areas and sanitized stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Upsell specials and high-margin menu items
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ohio Food Handler Certification required
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer fundamentals
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- TAMS POS system experience a plus
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for catering events)
