Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Resolve guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old (alcohol service required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Must obtain Indiana alcohol server certification (provided)
