Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome patrons warmly, manage waitlists efficiently, and seat them at their preferred tables.
- Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay them clearly to the kitchen.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, manage tips, and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean, reset tables promptly, and assist with closing duties.
- Cross-Training: Assist in other areas of the restaurant floor as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and food safety regulations.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
