Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle payment transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with bar and support teams during peak service hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience in high-volume establishments
- Strong knowledge of food safety and alcohol service protocols
- Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service certification
