Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and food delivery
- Master menu knowledge and recommend dishes/beverages based on guest preferences
- Process payments accurately and maintain clean dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Food Handler certification (will train if needed)
