Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining order accuracy
- Process payments and reconcile POS transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Uphold sanitation standards and maintain clean dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to daily prep and closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual dining server experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
