Responsibilities
- Safely walk 2-4 dogs simultaneously in designated Dallas neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via mobile app
- Administer basic care (hydration, waste cleanup, leash handling)
- Monitor dog behavior and report any health concerns
- Maintain accurate service logs and client communication
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to all Dallas leash laws and park regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation (car/bike) and smartphone
- Ability to walk 5+ miles daily in varying weather
- Strong understanding of dog body language and handling
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs comfortably
- Background check and drug screening required
