Responsibilities
- Brew and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and cold brew, following recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries and sandwiches, with speed and accuracy.
- Engage with customers warmly, take orders, and build lasting relationships with regulars.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Cash handling and drawer management.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
