- Build strategic partnerships with university innovation labs and tech incubators for 2026 pipeline development
- Lead bias-mitigation initiatives in technical assessments using adaptive testing platforms
- Optimize talent analytics dashboards to forecast skill gaps and market trends
- Mentor junior recruiters in future-focused recruitment methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with AI, quantum, or emerging tech specialization
- Proven success with predictive talent analytics and AI sourcing platforms (SeekOut, Eightfold AI)
- Expertise in designing next-gen assessment frameworks (HackerRank Pro, Codility)
- Experience with metaverse/virtual recruitment technologies (Engage, Spatial)
- Certification in Future of Work strategies (SHRM FOW or equivalent)
- Track record of building diverse technical teams in fast-evolving domains
- Advanced knowledge of blockchain talent markets and NFT-based credentialing
- Strong network within quantum computing research communities
