Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact engineering and AI roles, focusing on candidates ready for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in niche markets like Quantum Tech and Generative AI.
- Partner closely with CTOs and Engineering VPs to define talent roadmaps and build resilient, future-proof teams.
- Utilize advanced ATS tools and Boolean search techniques to uncover hidden talent pools and close hard-to-fill positions.
- Represent Nexus Future Labs at top-tier industry conferences and hackathons to build our brand as the employer of choice for 2026.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a specific focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of the emerging tech stack (Python, Rust, Go, TensorFlow, etc.) and how it powers the future.
- Proven ability to build a talent pipeline of passive candidates and close senior-level offers.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling narratives.
- Experience managing agency partners and leading campus recruitment initiatives.
