Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for AI/ML/Quantum roles across the US
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of passive candidates through technical communities, conferences, and targeted outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job specifications, and optimize candidate evaluation frameworks
- Lead technical screening and assessment processes, including whiteboard challenges and system design interviews
- Develop innovative employer branding initiatives to position FutureTech as a leader in 2026 tech talent acquisition
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements to time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of our talent acquisition tech stack
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in AI/ML or Quantum Computing roles
- Deep understanding of technical concepts, architectures, and talent markets for emerging technologies
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing through GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, and academic networks
- Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of building diverse, high-performing technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certification in technical recruiting (e.g., CTRS) or talent analytics preferred
