Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates future market shifts.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies to determine their viability for our platform.
- Architecture Strategy: Lead the architectural design of scalable systems capable of supporting exponential growth and complex computational demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and C-suite executives to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical plans.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with technology providers to accelerate innovation.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential technical risks and develop contingency strategies for the long term.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technical leadership.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and design systems that are resilient and future-proof.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and implementing novel technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
