Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to align recruitment strategies with broader business objectives and long-term growth goals.
- Future-Forward: Deep understanding of future of work trends, remote work dynamics, and emerging technologies in HR.
